Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours, and shoots can typically be scheduled within 2-5 days depending on your city and package. Monthly retainer clients get priority slots.
Yes, we serve PAN India. Outside Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad, an outstation fee applies and is shown before you confirm payment.

Yes, bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the shoot from your dashboard. See our Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility on cancellations.
No, you can choose to pay 50% advance to confirm your slot and the remaining 50% on the day of the shoot, or pay 100% upfront.
